About the Author

James C. Robinson is chairman of Partners in Change. He is a consultant and leader in the areas of performance consulting and human performance improvement (HPI). Jim has consulted with numerous organizations including CVS/Caremark, Highmark, Inc., Sovereign Bank, Symantec Corporation, Wachovia Corporation, and YMCA. With Dana Robinson, Jim has co-authored six books including Performance Consulting, 2nd Edition and Strategic Business Partner. Books authored and edited by the Robinsons have been selectively translated into 20 languages. Jim and Dana Robinson have been presented with the Distinguished Contribution Award for Workplace Learning and Performance by ASTD and the Thought Leadership Award by ISA.
