Kenneth T. Hanley, M.Eng. (Project Management), is the principal of KTH Program and Project Management, Inc. He specializes in managing large and complex programs and projects; helping clients organize strategic project portfolios; coaching project managers and executives in effective management practices; and establishing and managing program management offices.
