Lawrence L. Lippitt, Ph.D., has deep professional as well as family roots in the field of organization development. He is president of Lippitt-Carter Consulting and cofounder of the Preferred Futuring Group, an organization dedicated to carrying on the work of Ron Lippitt, his father and one of the coinventors of the Preferred Futuring Process.
