1) If you are attempting to redeem your Quiet Influence Quotient (QIQ) Self-Assessment you must use our new application at http://selfassessment.aidcvt.com/ Just enter your Access Key into the Access Key field., set up a new username and password and take your Self-Assessment. Unfortunately your username for bkconnection.com will not work there. So please set up a new login for the QIQ self assessment. Thanks.


2) If you are attempting to redeem your My Ethical Workplace Organizational Assessment you must use our another application at http://ethicalworkplace.webapps.aidcvt.com/users/sign_up Just enter your Access Key into the Access Key field., set up a new username and password and take your Self-Assessment. Unfortunately your username for bkconnection.com will not work there. So please set up a new login for the Ethical Workplace self assessment. Thanks.


3) If you are attempting to redeem your Practicing Positive Leadership Self- Assessment you must use our another application at http://bkselfassessment.aidcvt.com/ Just enter your Access Key into the Access Key field., set up a new username and password and take your Self-Assessment. 4) If you are attempting to redeem your "Is Your Name Awesome?" Brand Name Assessment Tool, please go to http://bkpself.webapps.aidcvt.com/users/sign_in New users will need to enter their Access Key and set up a username & password. Returning users can use the password they previously set up for the self-assessment.


5) If you are attempting to redeem your "Measuring and Improving Social Impacts Self-Assessment, please go to http://socialimpact.webapps.aidcvt.com/users/sign_in New users will need to enter their Access Key and set up a username & password. Returning users can use the password they previously set up for the self-assessment.


NOTE: The user names for My Ethical Workplace and Positive Leadership Practices Self-Assessments cannot be the same as they temporarily validate using the same security access. We suggest inserting "+MEW" or "+PLP" before the @ in your email address to create unique user names (ie. user name myname+ewp@myemail.com or myname+ppl@myemail.com)
