Pat McLagan is President and CEO of theRITEstuff, Inc. and McLagan International, Inc. She is the second woman and the fifteenth person inducted into the Human Resource Development Hall of Fame and is a member of the International Adult and Continuing Education Hall of Fame. She has consulted and taught about change in public and private organizations all over the world, including GE, NASA, and Citibank. She is the coauthor of On-the-Level and The Age of Participation.
