About the Author

In the past 15 years, they have introduced hundreds of Action Learning groups to deep-learning methods for transformational change. Their clients include American Express, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, AERA Energy, the City of Minneapolis, and St. Paul Travelers.Marcia has an MA in adult education from the University of Minnesota; Ginny has an MSOD from Pepperdine.
