Karen Lawson

Karen Lawson, president of Lawson Consulting Group, is a consultant, executive coach, professional speaker, and author of 10 books. Specializing in management and organization development, she works with organizations that want to grow great leaders to outperform the competition. She conducts seminars on leadership, team development, communications, and quality service. Lawson is an adjunct professor in the International MBA program at Arcadia University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She received her PhD in Adult and Organization Development from Temple University and is one of about 400 people worldwide to have earned the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation awarded by the 4,000-member National Speakers Association.
