Madeline Finnerty is president of Finnerty International, a consulting practice specializing in the design and facilitation of strategic planning, organization change, and teambuilding processes. Her domestic and international clients have included financial services, transportation, manufacturing and service companies, public school systems, social service agencies, churches, libraries, and large consulting firms. Finnerty has more than 15 years’ experience as an independent consultant and more than 20 years in line and staff management positions within multiple Fortune 500 telecommunications companies. She has extensive national leadership experience serving ASTD. She is also active in the Rotary Club of Ashland.
