Craig Chappelow is the global assessment portfolio manager at the Center for Creative Leadership and has written extensively on the subjects of leadership and 360-degree assessment. Most recently, he coauthored a chapter on executive derailment in the book The Perils of Accentuating the Positive (Hogan Press, 2009) and coauthored the book Leveraging the Impact of 360-Degree Feedback (Pfeiffer, 2008). As a freelance writer, he has published articles in a wide variety of periodicals, from the Harvard Business Review to Southern Living. He was originally trained as a biologist, and he worked at Glidden Corporation and National Starch and Chemical Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree from MacMurray College and a master’s degree from the University of Vermont.
