About the Author

George S. Benson is an Associate Professor at the University of Texas at Arlington and an Affiliated Researcher with the Center for Effective Organiza- tions. George earned his PhD from the University of Southern California in the Marshall School of Business. He also holds degrees from Washington and Lee University and Georgetown University. He previously worked as a research analyst at the American Society for Training and Development in Alexandria, Virginia.
