She has been a featured speaker at many workforce development and innovation conferences, including ASU GSV, Social Innovation Summit, Techonomy, SOCAP, and Concordia Summit, among others. She is the founder of Future Forward Strategies, a labor market intelligence and strategy firm that helps leaders transform organizations and human capital infrastructures to enable public, private, and nonprofit organizations to stay competitive while creating positive impact. She is also a lecturer at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she teaches the next generation of students about entrepreneurship in the education marketplace.
