About the Author

Kenneth J. Kiser's career has included working as a floorman in a steel plant, consulting with major corporations to improve quality and performance, and serving as associate dierector of the Virginia Productivity Center. He is currently associate professor at oklahoma State University. He is coauthor, with Marshall Sashkin, of Putting Total Quality Management to Work.
