Larry C. Spears

Larry C. Spears has been executive director of The Greenleaf Center for Servant-Leadership since 1990. He previously served as executive director of the Greater Philadelphia Philosophy Consortium, and on the staffs of the Great Lakes Colleges Associationís Philadelphia Center, and Friends Journal, a Quaker magazine. He is the editor and co-editor of several books, including Insights on Leadership,, Seeker and Servant., and The Power of Servant-Leadership, the newly published collection of essays by Robert K. Greenleaf.
