About the Author

Peggy Holman works with organizations to transform their culture using a variety of approaches involving organizational learning and Total Quality Management. By combining the planning, design, analysis, and project management skills of her almost 20 years in information technology with the disciplines of group process, learning, and quality, she brings a holistic approach to her work. She has worked with a wide range of companies including US WEST Cellular, US WEST Communications, Weyerhauser Company, St. Joseph's Medical Center, and AT&T Wireless Services.
