Queen E. ("Queenie") Cox has more than 36 years of military and federal government experience in finance, budgeting, and travel. Prior to retiring as Travel & Transportation Management Officer, she held the position of Director, Office of Finance and Budget, at the U.S. International Trade Commission. She is a co-founder of the Washington, D.C., travel organization WO-MEN Travel Professionals (www.wo-men-travelprofessionals.org), which includes both government and industry travel professionals.
