Samantha Slade
Samantha has been pioneering new operational models and practices for 25 years. Long time practitioner of participatory leadership, with a background in anthropology and education, Samantha has grown collaborative practices with diverse organizations: with national administrations of the European Union, between city employees and citizens or between business teams. Ten years ago she cofounded two businesses -- Percolab, an international consultancy company strengthening organizational and social innovation and Ecto, a thriving co-working coop in Montreal, Canada. Both organizations are experimental fields for new operational ways, from collaborative general assemblies to self-managing compensation models. Samantha believes that organizations can be a microcosm of the world we want to live in and she firmly believes that self-managing practices are part of a world that makes more sense.
