About the Author

Adelaide B. Davis has served as a training analyst for COPASA, a state-managed public utilities company, and taught courses in human resource management at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Belo Horizonte, Brazil, where she also earned a master's degree in business. She is the coauthor, with her husband James R. Davis, of Effective Training Strategies.
